Request Proof of Delivery
Some school and districts require verifiable Proof of Delivery (POD) before their finance teams will review or pay invoices. If the tracking information provided with your order is insufficient, our Customer Support team can help.
To request Proof of Delivery, contact Customer Support and provide your sales order number.
Carriers only make POD available online for 120 days (4 months). If your shipment was delivered more than 120 days ago, we will need to work with our warehouse and the carrier to request the information you need. This process may take several business days depending on the time of year.
