Shipping & Handling Charges

EPS charges a flat fee for shipping based on the value of the physical items in the order. Please allow at least 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. For additional detail see Order Processing Expectations and Shipping Transit Times.

Standard Shipping Charges

When preparing purchase orders, please add the necessary shipping and handling charges to prevent order processing delays. Shipping charges less that 15% must have an accompanying quote from your sales representative that validates the discount. Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice or credit card purchase.

Note: If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, the full amount of shipping for the complete order will be assessed on the first invoice or credit card charge.

United States

  • Ground Shipping (Parcel under 700 lbs, freight over 700 lbs)
  • 15% of the subtotal of all physical items on the order
  • Minimum Charge: $9.95 (Continental U.S.), $15.00 (Alaska, Hawaii, Outlying Territories)

International (Non-Canada)

All international orders must go through a U.S.-based freight forwarder and include the final destination address, due to export compliance rules and regulations. Orders will ship complete. EPS will not process personal international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 15% of the subtotal of all physical items on the order
  • Minimum Charge: $9.95

A commercial invoice and packing slip will be supplied to the customer-provided freight forwarder at the time of shipment.
